What We Do
What We Do
We serve as a unifying force for collective action, aligning community partners to identify health needs, reduce disparities, and implement strategies that promote equity and improve quality of life. Our work is guided by community voice, data-driven insights, and a commitment to long-term impact.
Turning Insights Into Action
Live Healthy Spartanburg focuses on four key areas to improve health in our community—Access to Care, Behavioral Health, Chronic Health Conditions, and Resilient Children & Families.
These priorities are guided by the 2024 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and our Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), which turn local data and community voices into a roadmap for change.
