By connecting healthcare organizations and fostering collaboration, we tap into a wealth of expertise that helps us identify issues, measure what matters, and drive meaningful change in our community.

We are proud to share the 2024 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), created through deep community engagement, including 1,428 responses collected over 60 days through town halls, conversations, and surveys. The CHNA reveals both the significant barriers our community faces and the voices and strengths that give us hope. We invite you to read the report and use it as a guide as we work together to build a healthier, more equitable Spartanburg County.
